Real Estate Client Management For Outlook Issues and Release History Current Known Issues: - Apple iTunes does not recognize the Contacts-Real Estate Folder and will not sync that folder to your iPhone/iTouch/iPod/iPad. Short term fix (until we get a patch out) is to create a normal contact in the Contacts folder then create the RECM contact from that (leaving it in place). - If you add photos to a Listing form then externally delete the photo (e.g. outside of RECM) then you'll get an error message when you launch that Listing form saying the photo doesn't exist. Also, if you try to remove the relationship to the photo from w/i RECM, you'll get an error message. Short term work around is to browse to add a new photo -- then you can delete that photo. - Campiagn Deferred Email not being sent. If you open a campaign email in the Outbox after it has been created, you'll need to close it by clicking the "Send" button. Else, the email's sent date will be set to "None" and will not be sent out. This is a normal Outlook behavior. - Non-English versions of the Windows Operating System: RECM may not install. The problem is the Windows administrative accounts are not named the same. When RECM installs, it uses the English name of these accounts which don't exist (i.e. named differently) in the Spanish, German, French, and Italian versions of the windows operating system. If you use a non-English version of Windows, please contact us. We'd like to work with you to get the appropriate accounts identified and added. - Your primary account must connect to a POP email server (this is the standard for most folks). If your primary account connects to a MAPI email server (e.g. Hotmail), then RECM cannot create the RECM folders. To correct, create a POP-based email account and point to it for the primary storage for your calendar/contacts. - Client Form - Both Listing and Purchase tabs: Sometimes the letters in the column titles are cut-off on the bottom. This is a Microsoft Bug. Switching between tabs fixes the font. - Your Outlook .pst file can become corrupted if you allow it get over 2GB in size. This is a limitation of Outlook itself (not RECM). We recommend that you archive your data into a seperate .pst file before it reaches this point. This generally happened if the Windows Program Data directory was installed to a drive other than C: Version 2.7 - Performance tuning.
